Jonathan Calleri is one of the most successful football players in Brazil's history. He played for several clubs including Santos, Palmeiras, and Flamengo. In 2017, he retired from professional football at the age of 38.

Calleri was born in São Paulo, Brazil, on June 25, 1980. He began his career with Santos in 1996 and quickly rose through the ranks to become one of the team's top players. He won three Campeonato Paulista titles and two Copa Libertadores championships during his time with Santos.

In 2004, Calleri moved to Palmeiras, where he continued to be a key player. He helped the club win the Copa Libertadores title in 2005 and the Campeonato Brasileiro championship in 2006. He also scored a hat-trick in the final against São Paulo, which is considered one of the greatest goals in the history of Brazilian football.

After leaving Palmeiras, Calleri signed with Flamengo in 2012. He immediately became a star player for the club, helping them win the Campeonato Carioca championship in 2012 and the Copa Sudamericana title in 2014.
